END-USER LICENSE AND
DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT
DOWNLOAD LIMITATIONS:
Most members are able to download the file on the
first try. Download links are valid for 10 days with a limitation of
1 download per user. The download link will expire in 10 days or
after the first download.
USERS WITH DIAL-UP INTERNET ACCESS:
We do not recommend downloading media files through
slow internet connections such as dial-up modems. Please go to our
support page.
DOWNLOAD MANAGERS:
Download managers will not work with our instant
access system. Please disable or uninstall any download managers
before downloading your selection.
DOWNLOAD AND LICENSE AGREEMENT:
By downloading any file(s) from the ETV-PLUS website
through any download link provided within, you
agree to the following "END-USER LICENSE AND DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT:"

Each selection you download is
for personal use only,

Any and all material obtained
from the ETV-PLUS network is licensed to you, the end user for
playback on the computer where the material is download to from
the ETV-PLUS network. (Additional licenses may be granted upon
request for additional computers)

You are forbidden to reproduce
or redistribute any downloadable material obtained from the ETV-PLUS
network without the written consent of the ETV-PLUS network administrators.
DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS:
If you are unable to download the media files please
go to
support page for assistance. After
verifying your inability to download the media file your purchase
will be sent to you on digital compact disk (CD) by postal mail.
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT:
By clicking on the download button below. You agree
to all the above mentioned conditions. If you disagree with any of
the above conditions "DO NOT" click on the download link below. Go
to
support page and detail your disagreement in
the support form. A full refund will be issued only after we confirm
the link was not used to access the media file and is subject to our
refund policy.
REFUND
POLICY:
Refunds are subject to a $3.50 service fee.
DIGITAL RIGHTS
MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY:
The material you are about to download
has been encoded with a Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology.
The material requires a license which will be automatically
installed during the download process. The license is not
transferable to any other computer. The ETV-PLUS
administrators may grant you (the End User) additional licenses for
playback on other computers owned by the End User only.
The ETV-PLUS
administrators are not responsible for data loss of any kind.
In the event of any loss of data due to normal system failures you
may request for download center reactivation of previous purchased
material. The administrators of the ETV-PLUS network may
reserve at any given time the right to refuse requests for
reactivation of download links.
