On Thursday September 13, 2007 we returned to the good old Dvix format that we have used for almost 8 years now.  Unfortunately our DRM licensing supplier is unable to provide support for any operating system outside of windows XP and there servers seem to be down quite frequently. As a result and as it's not our licensing system we have been unable to resolve some of the issues at hand.  We do sincerely apologize to anyone who was affected by this.  Other issues we found were that the files sizes were larger and the quality was not that great.  We have always maintained a high standard of quality and we intend to continue.

We are keeping the new download center which offers a personalized download page for each user and also has a shopping cart which will be integrated into the system at a later date.  The shopping cart allows users to select more then one selection at a time.  The system will still send you a email with the link to your download page and you will also be able to access your download page directly online after your payment is completed.

The download center is compatible with all browsers and is also compatible with download managers which should help out those with slower internet connections.  The DivX format is compatible for playback on Macintosh platforms.

Please note:  At this time only a few videos are DRM protected. Until we are able to convert those DRM protected files back to our usual DivX format they will remain in the protected format.  You will be able to determine which is on the protected system by checking on the PPV purchase page.  Files in WMV (windows media video) format are DRM protected.  Files in DivX are not on the DRM system.  Any PPV not marked with DivX or WMV are in the DivX format.  Remember.  This is not a license for file sharing.  You are allowed to make copies for your own personal use but transmitting the material to another individual is considered copyright infringement. In Germany (governed by the EUCD - European copyright directive) copyright infringement  is now considered an act of piracy.  Our producers put a lot of time and  money into producing new video material for everyone here.  Sharing files impedes their ability to continue producing new material so please respect our no sharing policy. 

Everything on the website is in working order and readily available for download.  We are slowly converting the older style system from email download link delivery to online and email delivery accessibility.  Please bare with us until the change is complete and please remember we have over 300 videos which have to be individually moved to the new download center.  Nothing will be taken offline during the transfer and no downloads will be affected. The ETV Originals

In December we will be releasing new and original material produced by the ETV Team.  Stay tuned for some sneak previews of the ETV Originals and more in the days to come.   Several tapes of the ETV Originals will be posted before Christmas and we hope to continue production of more original ETV material in the new year.
